Josh Gilmore is a seasoned construction and oilfield services professional with more than 20 years of experience leading operations, managing complex projects, and building successful service-based businesses. He has a proven track record in launching and growing companies, leading high-performing teams, and delivering tailored technical solutions for clients across both the construction and upstream oil and gas sectors.

Throughout his career, Josh has managed projects ranging from large-scale developments for Fortune 500 companies to custom residential builds. His expertise includes field operations, logistics, stakeholder coordination, safety compliance, production optimization, and business development. Known for his integrity and hands-on leadership, Josh excels in managing project scopes, timelines, and client expectations in dynamic and high-pressure environments.

As the Owner and Operator of a roofing and solar company, Josh combines his technical knowledge with a client-focused approach to deliver efficient, reliable, and sustainable solutions.

A lifelong resident of Liberal, Kansas, Josh is proud of his roots and his connection to the community. He’s an avid Kansas Jayhawks fan and enjoys spending his free time golfing, fishing, and relaxing on the lake. Above all, he values the time he spends with his son, DJ.
